Heather Macaulay is the founder of Macali Transaction Concierge, a real-estate transaction coordination business that provides an easy, trustworthy, and seamless transaction process for real estate agents and brokers. Heather originally found her passion for paperwork and contracts working as a paralegal, where there was no shortage of legal tasks and administrative work. Her journey in real estate began following the purchase of her home, where she discovered her passion for the industry. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate business, she possesses extensive knowledge in all aspects of the real estate closing process, including managing lease rentals. She believes in working smarter to help agents save time and create efficiencies around the transaction process. Throughout her career, Heather has successfully managed countless transactions from start to finish. She is a licensed agent and holds a CAR Certified Transaction Coordinator designation and boasts over 5 years of transaction coordination experience and is also a licensed notary. When not working, Heather is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting the beach, and reading.
